Mariemont Names Adam Dalaet as Head Baseball Coach

| By:

The Mariemont High School Athletic Department is proud to announce the appointment of Adam Dalaet as the new head coach of the Warriors Baseball Program. He succeeds longtime coach Joe Regruth, who retired in June after 17 successful seasons leading the team.

A 2013 graduate of Lakota East High School, Adam went on to play collegiate baseball at Walsh University. After completing his degree, he began his coaching career with Diamond Elite and has spent the past three summers coaching with CBC.

Adam is no stranger to Mariemont baseball. He previously served as an assistant coach for the Warriors during the 2021 season. Over the last three years, he has been a varsity assistant coach under Cary Daniels at Indian Hill High School, focusing on infield and hitting development while coaching first base for the Braves.

"I'm very excited about the 2025–26 Mariemont team and the future of the program," said Dalaet. "We have a strong core of talented upperclassmen, and I believe we have the potential to compete for a CHL title in our first year."

Mariemont Athletic Director Tom Nerl shared his enthusiasm: "Adam is highly respected by former players and families. He was an outstanding assistant during his time at Mariemont in 2021 and has continued to grow as a coach through his work with high-level summer programs. I'm thrilled to welcome Adam back in this new leadership role."

Adam and his wife, Aubrey, are currently expecting their first child.

We are excited to welcome Coach Dalaet and his growing family back to the Mariemont Athletic Program as he begins this new chapter with Warrior Baseball.
