The Mariemont High School Athletic Department is proud to announce that it will welcome five new members into the Doc Kusel Athletic Hall of Fame on Friday, August 28th at halftime of the Warriors 7:30pm varsity football game against Clermont Northeastern.
- The Warriors will welcome Gerry Storch '46 who starred for the then Plainville Blue Devils in football, basketball, track and baseball.
- Ian Mikesell '19 was a 16-time state swimming qualifier with 2nd place finishes and a member of the 2019 state runner up lacrosse team.
- Myah Giordullo '21 was a four year soccer starter and two-time All American.
- Coach Terri Thomas coached basketball, softball, volleyball, cross country, track and field as well as serving as a health and PE teacher over her 33 year teaching career.
- Coach Steve Peterson led the Warrior Boys Lacrosse program for 15 years, racking up 203 wins and 5 state championships, including the 2017 title, which was the 1st OHSAA sponsored lacrosse championship.
